The woes of online dating

Online dating is a fascinating and annoying concept, IMO.  I did a test trial to see what the hype was all about and had met someone who, initially was interesting.  After exchanging several messages and contact info, I decided I wasn't into the whole deal.  I let him down easy and wished him luck on his journey for love.

Side note, this was several months ago, probably in the beginning of the year.

Last night I receive this most random email from this guy:

I thought it may have been spam, but after much deliberation, clicked on the link.  Wth is this??  We don't speak for several months and I get this nonsense?  If you are weary of clicking on the link it is a poorly done slide show of flowers, sky, maybe kittens...I don't know.  I stopped watching fairly quickly after opening it.
